I would like to iterate that this site is purely about myself, therefore the information herein cannot be taken as "gospel" for others suffering with Sickle Cell and I would advise individuals seek professional medical advice for most queries.

I am available by email, and reply to ALL emails written to me. If there's anything you would like to know, or think I should add, or think I should maybe change, then send an email to: oseianthony@gmail.com.

My site will soon be updated with the new ideas I had a while back, namely setting up a forum/group where people can ask me questions etc. Information for this will follow shortly.

10 February 2003	Updated Haemoglobin page to reflect something brought to my attention on 10 February 2003 (read guestbook). Update in Diary, 3 days after having the transfusion.
07 February 2003	Updated Diary for blood transfusion which happened today... Updated Diary for blood test which happened on 04 February 2003.
	I'm soon going to be updating the site so it's more user-friendly, eliminating the FRAMES altogether and changing the style sheet for a better look. I may even provide a choice of what version of the site to view (note to self: lots of work involved!)...
03 February 2003	Added a link to Oprah Winfrey's website. I filled out the feedback form for future shows, as advised by Juanita of the Sickle Cell Forum. Hopefully the number of people requesting the show will prompt one to be made. - Updated Links Section
02 February 2003	- - - - Added new features of the site to the menu panel, including: Yahoo! Groups link Sign/Read guestbook Updated a lot of the fiddly stuff with the menu on the left
01 February 2003	Made many changes to this site, including:
	- Added an up-to-date picture of myself - Included transfusion for December 2002 (which was missing from site)
	- Added information about last transfusion (yes I know, it was a while back (December 2002))
09 November 2002	- Updated Case History page with recent blood transfusion
	- Updated Pictures page with recent pictures of 2 hospital staff
